3GRCOMM was established in September 2000 to support mobile telephone networks with their rollouts.
We had completed over 25,000 surveys using traditional methods prior to developing systems to utilise the accuracy of LiDAR, removing any subjectivity of the traditional methods.
To date, we have surveyed over 120,000km (over 15,000 tasks) of corridor mapping – covering all types of terrain, from urban environments to the highest mountains, to lakes and islands.
We provide bespoke solutions for our customers in accordance with their requirements. Using data gathered by our own aircrew in our own aircraft we provide highly detailed link reports.
When a work request is received, the planning team, working with the aircrew, create a detailed plan to ensure the most efficient flight profile.
All data is processed in-house by our experienced processing team, enabling us to react quicly to our customers' requirements, therefore avoiding delays.
Once the data has been processed, our team of analysts use our software toolset to create detailed customer reports.
We are based at Gloucestershire Airport with our own hangar and office space, which ensures security and logistical ease, from receiving work to sending out reports.
Gloucester has proved over the last 7 years to be a good central location to enable us to operate throughout the United Kingdom with ease.
